Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or if the item is no longer needed.

We only accept returns under the following circumstances:

• The item was damaged upon delivery; or
• You received the wrong item.

To ensure product integrity and accurate assessment of quality-related issues, customers are required to report any concerns (including but not limited to cloudiness, contamination, or visible defects) within 48 hours of receiving the product.

All claims must be supported with clear evidence — photos and videos of the product, packaging, reconstitution, and batch/label information where applicable.

BioHack London reserves the right to assess each case individually to ensure fair resolution.

To qualify for a return, all of the following criteria must be met:

• The item(s) must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• You must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.

Email info@biohacklondon.com with your order number and clear photos showing the damage or incorrect item received. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions if your return is approved.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Bundles are treated as a single product. To be eligible for a full refund, the entire bundle must be returned. Refunds will be issued for the total amount paid for the bundle at the time of purchase.

• Partial bundle returns are not accepted.
• Pricing cannot be adjusted for individual items within a bundle.
